All services provided by Faith-Annie Health are delivered by a Registered Nurse (RN) and are strictly within the scope of nursing practice as defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and applicable state and federal regulations. Services do not include medical diagnosis, the prescribing of medications, or the development of medical treatment plans. These activities are reserved for licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and other appropriately licensed healthcare providers.

In accordance with Pennsylvania state regulations, IV infusion therapy requires a valid provider order from a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant. Faith-Annie Health does not independently offer or administer IV therapy without appropriate medical direction. Any future IV therapy services will be provided strictly under the supervision and direction of a licensed medical provider in full compliance with Pennsylvania law.

Insulin administration assistance is provided only to clients who already hold a valid prescription from their licensed healthcare provider. Faith-Annie Health does not prescribe insulin or determine dosing. Services are limited to technique guidance, education, and administration support as directed by the client's healthcare provider.

Telehealth consultations offered by Faith-Annie Health are educational and supportive in nature. They focus on health education, care coordination, and general wellness guidance. These sessions do not constitute a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician. Clients should not use telehealth consultations as a replacement for in-person medical care.
